Manifesting Desires -- Think Positive

Why do we have the knee-jerk thought responses that we do? Over time our (predominant) thoughts- no matter where they originate or how they come into our heads- become our beliefs. A belief is, at its root, a thought repeated over and over (and over). As children, we are bombarded with impressions- other peoples' thoughts (beliefs) about ourselves, money, health, relationships; basically, the world-at-large. However, even as adults, we are not immune to this 'information exchange.' Viral effects have existed long before the internet.

For me, as a child of an alcoholic, I grew up to see the entire world through a very negative lens. I have spent years debunking the myths (beliefs) that were passed down to me or 'taught.' That's a whole other post in itself but, no matter the flavor of the dysfunction, the point is that our thoughts are driven by our beliefs which are driven by our thoughts and the vicious cycle can be broken. It must be broken in order to change our experience- we must change our beliefs- our 'story.' We all have a 'story' and that story is the compilation of our repetitive thoughts and beliefs and consequently, our overall experiences.

"What do you believe in?"
About yourself, about money, about your personal value, about what you can achieve, about challenges and difficult situations when they arise? The fact is, if you are like many, your thought process operates under beliefs such as 'money is the root of all evil,' or that by 'having a lot of nice things means you're stuck-up or not nice person,' or in order 'to have something you want you must sacrifice,' or 'you're doomed to have (insert health ailment here) because your parents had it', or the infamous 'life isn't fair'. These are just some general, commonly-shared (mythical) beliefs.

When you think about it,
logically, how can you have a positive money flow if you believe it is the 'root of all evil' or that you just won't ever have any or enough? If you believe that you will never lose weight or that it is extremely difficult to do so, how can you expect that you ever will or that you will have an easy time doing so? It just doesn't work. The same is true for any area of life. Ask yourself, "Are my thoughts & beliefs in alignment with the kind of life I want to experience and live?" Moreover, "Are my thoughts & beliefs even mine?" Limiting or downright outrageously-erroneous beliefs set the stage for a lifetime of false expectations.

It is not only shifting your thoughts to be more positive that will gain results- you must also believe in your new beliefs. Supercharge the process by expecting it to happen as assuredly as you expect the light to come on when you enter a room and flip the switch. Changing your expectation of things is also another key.

By now, you undoubtedly can see the domino-effect and/or pattern here; your expectations are the outcome of what you believe/beliefs (which are driven by your thoughts), and it's pretty darn accurate that you usually get what you expect. Think thoughts that support beliefs that bring you in alignment with that which you are wanting to have or experience- believe and expect that it will be.

And the Final Jeopardy question: "Who are you not to expect the best- and get it?"

"One comes to believe whatever one repeats to oneself sufficiently often, whether the statement be true or false. It comes to be dominating thought in one's mind." -Robert Collier

Manifesting Desires -- Money Manifesting

You have the power to manifest money. It all has to do with the Seven Laws of Attraction. Never mind that you don't have a stable job right now. Never mind that there is an economic crisis. They are not as important as your belief and mind power.

The important thing is that you program your inner self to attract wealth. You have the ability to manifest money if you would only allow yourself to achieve it. If you want to know how to harness that power, read on!

Manifest Money Tip # 1: Cast Aside Doubts.

You must first believe that you can do it, that you are a magnet for money.

Don't let the usual "But that's impossible" or "This isn't for me" thoughts hinder you from getting what you want. These negative thoughts and emotions are what will keep you from attaining success.

Manifest Money Tip # 2:
Decide How Much.

To attract money, you need to specify exactly how much you want. Do you want a 10% raise in your salary? Or maybe you want to generate a certain amount of cash for a vacation trip to Hawaii. Whatever the amount you wish to manifest, set your intention and concentrate on it.

Manifest Money Tip # 3: Focus On Feeling.

Think about how you would feel when you finally hit your target mark. The joy... The fulfillment... The gratitude... Close your eyes and concentrate on what it would be like to finally have the money in your hands. These emotions ultimately set the Seven Laws of Attraction working for you. Your feelings hold tremendous power.

The Seven Laws of Attraction makes anything possible, including giving you the power to manifest money. Keep in mind that second guesses have no place in your life. They will only hinder you. Be decisive about the amount you want so the universe will know just how much you'll be given. Focus on your emotions because they are your ticket to success.

Manifesting Desires -- 10 Tips

The current economic "crisis" has people looking at themselves in the mirror, especially professionally as this is usually the main source of their income. Small business owners and entrepreneurs are also re-evaluating how they do business and what they can do differently to create more income. For those that are fairly satisfied with their incomes, they are seeking more ways to stabilize and secure that income.

What is really going on here?

What is going on is a realignment of values. We are all in the process of re-examining and redefining who we are, evaluating our individual value and projecting that value in a strategic way to influence others for the better. We are doing this globally, nationally, corporately and individually.

As a result, the current economic climate is a huge and wonderful opportunity. Small business owners want to make sure that they are going through this process personally as well as taking their business through this process. It is no longer effective to just try and do "what makes the most money."

Who are you?

In defining who we are, we are reassessing our skills. I used to say, "I am a lawyer." But truth be told, that is not the sum total of my identity. Now I say, "I practice law." You are not your job or your career or your business.

Now that you understand that you are a separate entity from what you do to create earnings in you life, who are you?

You are the sum total of your values, beliefs, emotions, experiences and thoughts that reside inside the shell of your body. However, you are not limited by any one of these things.

As you remember who you are and what you are, you will discover that the values that define you. Your core values are the expression of the most important things in your life.

If the truth be told, many of us have not worked in alignment with our core values and desires. Do you know what your values are? Is your work in alignment with those values?

Example:

One of my clients was a real estate attorney. She loved real estate law and right out of law school joined a law firm that focused on real estate transactions. Eventually, she worked in each of the areas of specialization of the firm: commercial real estate closings, residential real estate closings, real estate litigation and foreclosures.

She ended up being assigned to the foreclosure department permanently. She quickly discovered that she hated it. She kept trudging along and did her job well. However, she found no passion or delight in her work. She worked long hours and gained a reputation of being a diligent attorney. Then, she fell sick.

It was one of those illnesses that was not easily diagnosable and she was tired and lethargic all the time. She started making mistakes at work and yet she could not pull away.

Fast forward to the end of the story: She was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome. She was fired from her a job in a lot of shame and disgrace as her errors caused the company huge losses. Nobody else wanted to hire her and she fell into a deep depression. She is now a part time professor of real estate law at a prominent university. She also procured her real estate license and even with the current state of the economy, she has been able to make a few sales. She is symptom free and happier now.

As she coached with me, we discovered that she loved teaching and loved real estate knowledge but she did not enjoy putting people out of their homes. She did enjoy putting people in homes. In fact, now she will not help buyers who are looking for investment property. Prior to this her inner being, her value system, was telling her things were off. She was unhappy. She became sick. This was the only way her emotional mind could get the attention of her rational mind.

This is what is happening to many people right now. They are financially sick. Their finances are communicating very succinctly that their financial blueprint is not in alignment with their core values. The financial crisis, the financial illness, is a call to re-evaluate living and earning money from that place where your core authentic values flourish.

What is your value?

Not what are your values; but what is your value, your worth? This evaluation is not from a place of your needs. If you calculate up your bills for the month and say that you have to earn $20,000 so that you can pay the mortgage, pay your utilities, the car notes and have some money over for food then you have not even begun to understand who you are.

Each and every person is so worthwhile, so valuable that we cannot put a price tag on that value. Please do not put a price tag on your value. Your desire, goal or intention to earn $20,000 this month does not mean that your value is $20,000 per month. Get your energy properly aligned. If you are human and breathing, your value is infinite. Your perception of your current value is a reflection of your connection with your purpose. As you get into your spiritual journey, your financial blueprint will reflect your infinite value as a spiritual seeking being.
Are you aware of any limitations that you place on your value? Are you aware of your wants? Not just your needs? Not those wants that temporarily satiate our addictions. Those wants that speak to our greatness and our hearts desires. Are you aware of your authentic wants?

Your thoughts create your beliefs. Your beliefs create your emotions. Your energy is a reflection of those beliefs and emotions. Your energy is your emotions in action. Your energy influences how you think about problems. You energy is a strong attractor or repellant to those whom you want to influence. You energy is what opens you or closes you up to possibilities.

Influencing Others.
So you have to align your values with your value and now you are ready to influence others.

The third step is to project that value in a strategic way to influence others and add value to them.

This is where many "conscious entrepreneurs" may miss the boat. Are you just trying to sell a product so you can pay your bills?

Ouch!

I know, I have been in that place before. There is nothing wrong with wanting to pay your bills. In fact, it is a wonderful thing that you want to keep your word to those that you have an obligation to pay. But do you realize that every act you take towards your customers has to come from a place of creating value for your client? Guess what? It is not about you.

Is it your dominant intention to add authentic value to your client's life, needs, wants or goals?

If you are in alignment in the manner I have described, where you know your values and your value and your marketplace interaction is to extend those values to influence your marketplace recipient, you will be in the flow of all the finances that you want.

Here is your ten step the action plan:

1. Get honest with yourself. Be conscious and aware.
2. Know who you are. Know your values.
3. Evaluate whether you are living your life in alignment with your values.
4. Make corrections
5. Know your value.
6. Evaluate your alignment between your values and your value.
7. Evaluate your energy
8. Deliver to the marketplace from the alignment of your values and value.
9. Be persistent
10.Enjoy making money. It is merely a reflection of your interactive energy in the marketplace.

Do you know that you have an Inner Genius that is amazing and wants to be awakened? As you tap into your Inner Genius, you will become more powerful and unstoppable as you live a purposeful, passionate and financially rewarding life.

Manifesting Desires -- Make Space !

Would you like to create fast change? Here's how to manifest immediately: make space for what you want!

When clients are stuck and not manifesting abundance and prosperity, I have them take a look at what they're tolerating in their lives. What do they put up with that drains their energy? Where are they settling?

We all have tolerations: those people, things, or habits that drain our energy, dim our life enjoyment. It could be a messy desk, or a critical relative, or not taking care of your health. We may have become so accustomed to certain tolerations that we feel that's just the way life is. We don't think we have a choice. We feel powerless, and that sense of powerlessness bleeds into other areas of our lives.

Every time you settle, you are telling the universe that "this is good enough," and you are telling yourself, "I don't deserve better." If that's your message, of course you'll keep getting more of the same! When you're life is full of settling, you aren't leaving room for what you really want.

Paying attention to what you are ready to eliminate is key. Maybe you're ready for a big change. Don't beat yourself up if you're not. I recommend starting small. A little goes a long way. The smallest changes build your energy and confidence, and give you a platform for the next change.

Try giving old clothes away to Good Will. Or clearing your desk. Or spending less time with a critical friend. When you clear something up in one area of your life, you've created energetic space that will impact the rest of your life. My clients have won awards, received money out of the blue, attracted new business and found soul mates after they stopped settling in other areas of their lives. When in doubt, clean your house.

Creating space is one of the fastest keys to attraction. Saying no to what no longer serves you will build your confidence and energy.

Sometimes when you make a big change, the universe will test you by sending you more of the same (same type of client, same type of job, same type of relationship) to see if you're serious.

Hold out for what you really want. If you don't already have a wish list of things you want to manifest, create one now. Then you'll recognize the granting of your wishes when they appear.

Manifesting Desires -- Be Happy !

Once you realize that your mind is constantly creating every experience in your life,
you will usually have feelings of complete empowerment and overwhelming fear.

Why?

Because taking complete responsibility for one's life has that affect on people.

On one hand, you now understand that you can recreate your life anyway you choose to.
Riches?
Power?
Success?
Abundance?
Love?

You can have it all.

On the other hand, you also see that all the negative experiences in your life were created by your mind as well. Some consciously. Most of it, subconsciously.

Tapping into that 98% of your subconscious mind where all those seeds of negative thinking lie hidden can seem like an impossible task.

Ridding yourself of all those thoughts and feelings of:
Fear,
Guilt,
Anger,
Sadness,
"I can't,"
"It's impossible"
"What's the use?"
"I'm not good enough"
"I don't believe in that"
etc.
is most likely the most important use of your time and energy.

(Even the thoughts that the "task is impossible" is nothing more than subconscious programming that is stopping you from your natural birthright.)

Because once you do eliminate all these thoughts and feelings,
life becomes effortless, joyful, meaningful, and unimaginably abundant and peaceful.

The impossible becomes possible.
Even more than possible, it becomes the "norm" for you.
Miracles happen around you and through you
that bless, enrich, and nurture everything you do and everyone you meet.

All the doubts, worries, fears, and problems evaporate like morning dew.
And your life becomes an inspiration to all.

So what are you waiting on?

Are those silly subconscious thoughts preventing you from believing this could be your reality?
I'll bet they are and it's up to you whether you let them win the battle or not.

When will you take control of your Life and Mind once and for all?
Aren't you tired of being sick and tired?

When will stop
beating yourself up,
not believing in your infinite power,
and denying yourself all the love, success, and freedom you deserve?

Life is such a beautiful thing and you're letting it pass you by...
Letting those silly negative thoughts run your life...
Letting some other person's belief system get in the way of your infinite happiness.

Let me know when you're ready to rich for the stars.
Let me know when you want to be one of the stars,
A shining beacon that shines and nourishes everyone you come in contact with.

Then you will see that all the answers were right there in front of you.
Right there inside you the whole time
And it all seems so silly that you could never see them before.

Be sure to drop me a note when you do.
I'd love to hear about your journey!

Manifesting Desires -- Appreciation

By now, you are very much in touch with the Law of Attraction. To refresh your memory, the LOA, as we call it, declares that every thought that you send out to “outer space” so to speak, comes back to you as a manifestation of some sort. You send positive thoughts, you are rewarded with a good life, good surprises, abundance, and such.

Likewise, you send negative thoughts and life becomes an ordeal. Come to think of it, this LOA really sucks, if you are the type of person whose mind keeps sending messages of fear, lack, poverty, unhappiness, conflicts, etc.

Don’t feel bad, however, for if you have this type of mind, you are not alone. In fact, most of us have this non-stop tormentor, which can’t shut up and which puts us in the most dreadful life situations. Yes, our minds have been so ingrained into believing certain horrible things that we find it hard to shut then up. But shut them up we must.

Enter the “I Love It When…” game. As with everything else that we must do to counterbalance the power of our negative thoughts, this game has as its main purpose putting us in a positive, appreciative frame of mind. This change of heart, so to speak, is what will provoke a change in our lives, for, when we start sending positive vibes, we get positive results. Whew. There is light outside the tunnel and it is not an oncoming train!

That is why we should never despair if our minds are uncooperative; we can reverse its mood. We play games because they are fun and fun is good; we should strive to have fun all the time. It is good to play. And if you are the sort of person who thinks that play is childish, think again. Play is the propulsion machine that will help us enjoy a quality life.

So here is how you play this game: every time that you look at something or every time you are doing something, or you see something, etc, etc, you say: “I Love it When… (such and such happens) because it makes me feel…” (state a positive feeling, such as happy, enthusiastic, loving, loved, passionate, diverted, and so on). Or something like that.

For example: “I love it when the weather is so lovely, because it makes me feel warm inside,” “I love it when I sit down to write my articles because I know somebody will enjoy them,” I love it when my son is such a nice young man because I feel that, as a mother, I am in the right path,” I love it when I find money in my jacket’s pocket because I feel abundant,” I love it when I think about my future because I feel I am conquering the world and that feels delightful.” “I love it when I use money because I am reminded that there is enough to go around and I feel prosperous.” And so on.

You got the idea. So now it is your turn. Play the game and feel really good. After all, that is what life is all about, don’t you agree?

Manifesting Desires -- A New Look

So just what is The Law of Attraction (LOA)? And more importantly how can you make it work in your life? LOA has been described and defined in many ways, that to understand just one description is to understand them all.

Some of those descriptions are

I. What you sow you reap.

II. Like attracts like

III. What comes around goes around.

IV. "As a man thinks in his heart, so is he." Proverbs 23:7.

V. Karma.

And many other such definitions.

An analysis of all these statements and their deeper meaning will conclude that they all say or imply the same thing. That we are all responsible, one way or another, and to a great extent, for the situations that exists in and around our lives.

The main question that anyone would then ask is “What must I do to make sure that I get only the things that I want in life” or “How can I make LOA work for me?” In short, the answer to that question lies in being careful about all what you Say, Hear, Do, Think, and See. In other words, the things you say, do, hear, see and think about, are the actions that you must work on to attract the things in life that you want. The most important of those five acts, are what you say and hear, think about and what you do. This is where the topic of the mind and subconscious mind comes into play, and this why such phrases such as "positive thinking" (what you think about,) "positive affirmation" (what you say,) and "take action" (What you do) came about.

It is a fact that whatever you are constantly in contact with, whether by hearing it, seeing it or in fact via any of your senses, your mind takes in these external stimuli and they are then picked up by the subconscious mind which, together with the brain, translates it into its physical reality and meaning. This is basically what the promoters of those phrases mentioned above are talking about. The idea is that for you to attract the things you want in your life, you have to constantly think about and continuously tell yourself (audibly or within yourself) that you will get the object of your desire. Where possible surround yourself that a pictorial representation of that object, and ultimately to take the required physical action to bring about the realization of that thing in question. This IS the sum total of how the law of attraction works.

One of the reasons
why a lot of people still don't understand and believe the LOA and how it works is basically how the message is being presented to them, amongst other reasons of course. In my opinion, LOA can be looked at from two perspectives: from a religious and from a scientific or 'secular' viewpoint. When talking about LOA from a religious angle, it is usually referred to as Faith, while a secular discussion will take it from a mind/subconscious mind angle. The truth of the matter is that both terms are one and the same and can even be used interchangeably.

FAITH + MIND/SUBCONSCIOUS + Repetition= LOA
The best 'secular' definition of faith I have heard is given by Napoleon Hill in his book Think and Grow Rich, where he defines faith "a state of mind which can be induced or created through repeated affirmations or instructions to the subconscious mind through the principle of auto-suggestion." While the Bible describes Faith as that which "comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God." An analysis of both definitions of Faith will find some common denominators in them. One of them is the fact that the individual has a or perhaps THE role to play. Another is the 'action' that both definitions refer to. "Hearing the word" implies that words have to be spoken before those words are to be heard -what you say and what you hear. Similarly "repeated affirmations or instructions" also implies that those instructions have to be given, either verbally or otherwise. This is where the role of the mind comes in, for surely you know that whatever reaches your mind via your five sense ultimately reaches your subconscious mind, which is what translates those external stimuli into their physical representation.

WHY THE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND IS SO POWERFUL I believe the subconscious mind is the seat of, and has a direct communication with God, or Infinite Intelligence or however you refer to Higher Power in your religious or personal belief. The subconscious mind is where 'the God within' resides, and this very statement validates and perhaps will help explain why the subconscious mind is able to manifest anything that the mind constantly feeds it. Another statement found in the Bible that will help you understand that there is a "God within" is found in Isaiah 41 where it says "know that ye are gods." Therefore, whether you are looking at it from a religious standpoint and praying to a God in heaven and having faith that He will answer your prayers, or whether you are 'repeatedly affirming' your desires to the God within you, in this case your subconscious mind, both acts are one and the same. Therefore, know that the power to get all you desire rests mainly on you and what you allow to enter your subconscious mind.

This is why what statements like "whatsoever things you desire when you pray believe that you have them and you shall receive them" and "if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain ..." and many other such statements found in the Bible and other religious books mean . They all refer to the great power and potential you have, if only you know how to harness that power, which the majority of human beings don't know how to do.

The only way by which you can activate your subconscious mind power or have or increase your faith, is through the principle of repetition. When you repeatedly and efficiently communicate anything you want to achieve to your subconscious mind, via your five sense, then and only then can your subconscious or the God within give you what you want. This is how to make the Law of Attraction work for you in your life, and this is why you should begin now to start making it work in your life.

Do you know the power of your subconscious mind? Do you know that you can use it to get EVERYTHING you want in life if you know how to use it well. Visit http://www.sevenlawsofattraction.com/ because over there you will learn a very powerful technique to using your subconscious mind to get all you desire in life.

Manifesting Desires

Spirituality is a great launch point for me because I was raised that way. I resisted it for a long time, but now that I understand Manifestation and Spirituality, the words of the Bible make SO much more sense to me now. I took away the dogma and rules and regulations and was left with the truth. This might not be for everyone, and that's ok, but here's what I know....

In the original Greek language of the Bible, the word repent means "to turn back and change your thinking". The word sin means "to miss the mark or point". So, if you are living in sin and repent.... You stop missing the point and turn back and change your thinking.

This is what happened to me when I began to embrace giving.

I can sit in the midst of what some mights see as "struggles" and I don't worry about it. I know that I am part of God and I'm right where I should be at this minute and no matter what, everything is alright. I ask for what I want and then I let it go. I do what I can to feel good. Many of us find the "feel good" by going out and helping a neighbor or friend or even a stranger.

I personally LOVE committing random acts of kindness. Not because it makes me a good person but because THEY ARE ME AND I AM THEM! We are all manifestations of God in physical form.

It's as if I'm helping myself by helping someone else, because in REALITY, there IS no one else... there is only the consciousness that is ME! I like the ocean analogy.... I also like the one that I made up that is.... God is like a body and each of us is like an appendage. We are directly connected to God and simply an extension. One foot may not be able to see that it's directly and inseparably connected to a hand, but it is. They are one and the same. Just at different ends with different purposes.

The point is.... if your consciousness is observing ANYTHING on this planet.... it is consciousness observing itself in a different form. I feel WONDERFUL when I give and help because I AM the human race. If I can raise the consciousness of another or add joy unto another, I'm raising the consciousness and adding joy unto the WHOLE. And if I'm adding unto the WHOLE, then I'm adding unto MYSELF... because there is NO "myself". There is only ALL. All is one.

So... I don't give of myself to be a good person... I give of myself to add my consciousness to the whole of the Universe because as I add unto the Universe, so the Universe adds unto me. The more I give the more is given unto me. I have such a giving spirit, God ensures I continue to give by making sure I always have more than I need.

In the end, the more I "thank" about... the more I have to "thank" about. The more I give, the more I have to give. The more I love, the more love I receive.

I used to be grateful for my family, my health, my things, etc.. Now I'm grateful for the opportunity to be a part of my family... for the health that I have, good or bad, because it means I am alive... for the things that I have because if I have them, I can give them. I'm not attached to any of it anymore. It will all come and go throughout my life, no matter what I do, so I love it all and share it all and when it passes on, I look forward to what it's absence is making room for in my life.

If I want something to come into my life and I don't immediately see evidence of it's manifestation, I assume I'm not looking in the right place. I stop and look at what's here. What opportunities are presenting themselves to me? Who needs me? What can I do, right now, that will have an impact, large or minuscule, on someone else? I can't tell you how many times amazing opportunities have fallen right into my lap because someone I was GIVING to was the exact person I needed to meet to find the path I was looking for! I don't see it as ME and THEM. I see it as US. If I'm giving willingly, then there's nothing that can be TAKEN from me. And no matter what, I will ALWAYS have what I need, so the more I GIVE, the more I'm opening myself up to people and opportunities and joyful interactions and love.

To the opposite side.... the more I seek for only ME and try to hoard and keep things only for me and try to protect things from being taken, the more I am cutting myself off from all the amazing abundance that is EVERYWHERE for me to have. How can I see everything all at once to know what I have to choose from if I don't meet the people and go to the places and experience the things that are the doorways to the abundance?

Basically, I agree that I'm at point A... and ask to be taken to point B... then through giving of myself and seeking joy and sharing joy, God shows me which way the path winds so I can arrive at point B, happy and unscathed.

But if I stand at point A... and ask to be taken to point B... then sit down and refuse to move, God could show me the path all day long but I'd never see it because I'm not seeking, I'm sitting.
